Delivery Options
- Free Delivery: Available within our delivery radius (see eligible postcode list).
- Store Pickup: Free in-store collection is available. Please contact head office prior to arrival so your order can be prepared.
Delivery Timeframes
- Deliveries are typically scheduled weekdays between 9:00am and 8:00pm, with occasional weekend deliveries.
- You will be contacted by phone or text the evening prior to confirm your delivery window.
- Most orders are dispatched within 10 business days, however please allow up to 30 business days, particularly for regional or out-of-route deliveries.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is to the front door only. Apartment deliveries are to the ground floor foyer.
- Deliveries are completed by one driver. Assistance may be required for bulky items such as lounges.
- Someone must be present to accept delivery. If unattended, goods may be left with photographic proof.
- Redelivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed.
Important Information
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Delivery includes insurance against loss or damage in transit.
- Orders containing out-of-stock items will be delivered once all items are available.
Cancellations
- Order cancellations may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur an additional $100 handling fee.

Warranty & Returns
12-Month Warranty
All products purchased from TK’s Furniture come with a 12-month standard warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for normal household use.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair or replacement for a minor failure.

Reporting Issues
Any defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of discovery. Delays may affect your warranty claim.
Major vs Minor Faults
- Major faults may entitle you to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
- Minor faults may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Cosmetic issues such as light scuffs, fabric pilling, or cushion softening are generally considered normal wear.
‘As Is’ Items
Products sold “As Is” include known faults and carry a 12-month warranty only, unless stated otherwise on your tax invoice.
Mattresses
Mattresses carry manufacturer warranties. For hygiene reasons, soiled or stained mattresses cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase
A valid tax invoice or approved proof of purchase is required for all claims.
No Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or gift cards.
