We deliver to most metro and regional areas in South Australia, Victoria and NSW.
We offer FREE delivery on certain postcodes, on all other areas delivery pricing depends on your location, access (stairs/tight entries), and order size. We’ll confirm the delivery fee (if any) before you finalise your purchase.
Tip: Keep an eye out for free-delivery promotions outside our usual Free delivery areas.
- In-stock items: Usually ready quickly (subject to run schedule and bookings).
- Special order/backorder: We’ll provide an estimated lead time and keep you updated if anything changes.
Yes. If delivery is booked, we’ll contact you on the day with an estimated delivery window where possible. Please ensure your phone number is correct on your order.
We can place items inside where access is safe and clear. Assembly is available for selected items (additional fees apply). Ask our team when ordering if assembly is required so we can add it to the order.
Yes. Pickup is available once your order is ready and fully paid. We’ll contact you when it’s ready for collection.
Please bring a suitable vehicle/tie-downs and help loading if required.
Someone over 18 must be available to receive the delivery. If we cannot complete the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply (especially for long-distance runs).
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and bank transfer. Finance options may be available in-store (subject to approval).
Yes — Afterpay is available (in-store and/or online where offered). Approval is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
In many cases, yes. A deposit may be required to secure your order, especially for special orders. Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.
Often yes — contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been scheduled or dispatched, additional fees may apply depending on distance and timing.
All products include our Tk's Furniture standard 12 Month Warranty. Manufacturer’s may have extended Warranty periods, these vary by product and can be explained at the time of purchase.
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. You will be directed to our make a claim page, or to email customersupport@tksfurniture.com.au. Once we have received all information we will assess the issue and organise the next step, which may include repair, replacement, or another remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To speed things up, include clear photos of the issue and any labels/serial numbers.
For many items, yes. Availability depends on the supplier and model. Contact us with your proof of purchase and photos, and we’ll advise what can be sourced.
Yes — gift cards/vouchers may be available in-store (and online if offered). Contact us if you’d like a specific amount or a gift option.
Lead times vary by supplier and product. In the event that something is out of stock, we will provide an estimate and keep you updated of any changes.
Yes. We offer a 5% Price Beat Guarantee on identical, locally stocked furniture. Proof of the lower price is required. T&C's apply.
Selected lounges and bedding products may offer fabric/colour options. Custom orders may require deposits and longer lead times. Our team will confirm what’s available for the range you’re looking at.
Leather is genuine hide, known for durability and natural texture. Leather-air is a synthetic upholstery designed to replicate the look and feel at a more affordable price point.
Reach out and we’ll help. Send us the product name (or a screenshot/link) and what you need (dimensions, material, colour options, care instructions). We’ll confirm details with the supplier if required.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched or specially ordered, cancellation may be possible, but remains at the discretion of Tk's Furniture. Fees may apply for special orders or costs already incurred (including freight or supplier charges).
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. In certain specific circumstances where it has been permitted, items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, and restocking/return freight fees will apply.
Special orders, clearance items, and used/assembled items are not eligible at any stage.
Please ensure measurements are checked before purchase, including doorways, hallways, stairwells, and lifts. If access prevents delivery, re-delivery fees will apply and returns are not available.
