For orders outside these zones or special circumstances, please contact us directly for delivery options. Delivery charges apply per order, not per individual item.
Delivery Options

Free Delivery: Available on all furniture within our delivery radius as detailed above, at a fixed rate of zero cost. (Please see list of eligible post codes here)
PLEASE NOTE - Free delivery is on furniture only or all orders above $100.00 -
Store Pickup: You may choose to collect your purchase in-store. Please contact our head office before your visit so we can prepare your order and ensure stock is available at the required location.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are usually scheduled on weekdays between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, with occasional weekend deliveries. Our courier will contact you the evening prior by phone or text to confirm your delivery. Please make sure someone is home ready to receive on the scheduled day!
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Most orders are dispatched within 10 business days, but please allow up to 30 business days for delivery. Deliveries outside our regular routes may experience extended timelines.
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your delivery anytime via our website using your order number and email address
Delivery Location & Assistance
All goods will be delivered to the front door only of your nominated address. For apartments or unit blocks, delivery will be made to the ground floor foyer.
Deliveries are conducted by a single person. For bulky items such as lounge suites, you may be asked to assist the driver with lifting.
Recipient Presence
It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address to accept the order. If no one is available, goods may be left unattended with photographic proof provided. Should you be unable to receive your delivery, please contact us to arrange a secure location.
Additional Delivery Information

PO Box Deliveries: We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Redelivery Fees: If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or lack of secure location, redelivery fees may apply.

Out of Zone Deliveries: For addresses outside our delivery areas, please contact us to discuss options.

Shipping Insurance: Delivery includes full insurance against loss or damage during transit.

Out-of-Stock Products: Delivery will be delayed until out-of-stock items are available.
Change of Mind & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations. In limited circumstances where a cancellation is approved at our discretion, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will apply to cover administration costs and loss of sale.

If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, in addition to the 20% cancellation fee a $100 fee will apply to cover extra handling and re-warehousing costs.

Any visible or transit-related defects should be reported within 7 days of receipt to allow for prompt assessment and resolution.
